Bike lock boy busted!

A nice bit of news, the antifa coward that hit a few folks on the head with a bike lock, has been caught and is currently in jail awaiting arraignment.

It turns out that the "thug" is Eric Clanton an occasional Diablo Valley College professor that taught “introduction to philosophy with a background in teaching ethics, critical thinking, and comparative philosophy East/West” with “primary research interests” of ethics and politics. In addition, he earned a bachelor’s degree at California State University, Bakersfield. He also earned a master’s degree at San Francisco State in philosophy.

Just a nice guy "fighting the good fight" against those evil Nazis! Sure, he is fighting this good fight from the safety of a crowd, using a bike lock on the end of a chain, hitting unsuspecting folks on the head and then ducking / running into the crowed but he is BRAVE! He is standing up for the little guy against these evil Nazi protesters that are not actually Nazis nor evil. They just have a different political opinion than Eric. Eric knows better though cause he is educated and has a degree in philosophy and as such is such a deep thinker and all. Well here is hoping he gets more time to think deeply about philosophy and ethics, like 20 to life for 3 counts of assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder.

The women's pay gap is real! Just not how you think...

Elizabeth Warren’s Female Staffers Made 71% of Male Staffers’ Salaries in 2016. OMG! Say it isn't so! A woman in a position of power made the conscious decision to pay her female staff less than she was paying her male staff!

The gender pay gap in Sen. Elizabeth Warren's (D., Mass.) is nearly 10 percent wider than the national average, meaning women in the Massachusetts Democrat's office will have to wait longer than most women across the country to recognize Equal Pay Day.

However, women working for Warren were paid just 71 cents for every dollar paid to men during the 2016 fiscal year, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

Warren said on last year's Equal Pay Day that the American workplace was "rigged against women" and called it a "national day of embarrassment" for the nation.

"Today is Equal Pay Day, and by the sound of it, you would think it's some sort of historic holiday commemorating the anniversary of a landmark day that our country guaranteed equal pay for women," Warren said. "But that's not what this is about. Not even close."

Why not call Elizabeth Warren and ask her why she discriminates against women, Why does she hate women. Why does she value women less than men? These are all honest questions that deserve answers. You know that if Warren were on a congressional panel grilling an evil white male business man, she would ask questions like these and worse.

Why not ask these questions at her next speaking engagement or town-hall meeting? Inquiring minds want to know!

Environmental protesters leave catastrophe in their wake

Wait, what?

A total of two dogs and six puppies were found abandoned at the site and rescued by local nonprofit Furry Friends Rockin’ Rescue, local news reported on Saturday.

The two dogs the group rescued reportedly show signs of exposure to the brutal North Dakotan cold, with frost-bitten ears and mangy fur.

But, but they CARE so much!

The reports of the cast-aside canines follow news of the grave environmental threat to the Missouri River posed by the almost unfathomable amount of waste left at the site by protesters, a threat so grave it compelled North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum to sign an emergency evacuation order.

Authorities estimated that protesters left enough garbage and human waste to fill 2,500 pickup trucks.

It sure "feels" good to make a difference, right?

Between these sorts of protesters and the Obama Admin EPA polluting that river with toxic waste, I don't know how much more help mother Earth can stand!

The Democrat culture of corruption

You can expect more of the same under President Hillary.

Federal Election Commissioner Ann Ravel wished to step down until she met with President Barack Obama in early 2016, who persuaded her to stay on board through the November election in return for two favors, a senior federal government official has told The Daily Caller.

Obama told Ravel she could move back and do most of her work from California and that she would be supported in her effort to replace California Attorney General Kamala Harris as Attorney General if Harris were to win her Senate election.

“I believe it is improper for an FEC commissioner to be having a discussion and making deals with a sitting President, who is in essence the leader of the Democratic Party,” Hans von Spakovsky, a former FEC commissioner under President George W. Bush and currently a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, told TheDC. “Given the fact that the FEC commissioner everyday is dealing with cases that directly and indirectly effect that same political party.”

Von Spakosky added, “In my time as a commissioner I never had a single meeting with the president in the White House, and I would consider it wrong to do so because of the fact we handle so many matters involving his political party.”

Less than a month after her meeting with President Obama, Ravel voted to dismiss an enforcement action against Obama and the Democratic National Committee for allegedly taking foreign money at a fundraiser.

Nothing new here. You may remember that President Obama's donation web site was inadvertently "broken" in that it illegally allowed foreign donations to be accepted (they disabled some address verification code/checks). I don't recall ever hearing that they got in trouble for that crime nor do I recall hearing that they gave back the illegally obtained money. Funny that, eh?

If you want any sort of accountability from your government, your only choice is to vote for Trump. Sad but true. The press will NOT go against Hillary. The Democrats in the Federal Government will NOT go against Hillary (think DOJ, FEC, IRS, etc.). The Democrats in Congress will NOT go against Hillary. The Republicans in Congress are weak sauce as well. If however, Trump becomes President, they all will be falling all over themselves to hold him accountable. That is reality.

Trump is the absolute worst Presidential candidate we have had in decades, except for Hillary. It is sad that we have come to this place where the best reason to vote for Trump is that he is not Hillary. Hillary is so completely awful that just about anyone else you could pick would be better. It is a sad commentary on this country and on its citizens and media that she has a very real (one could say likely) chance to become President. She should not only not be running but should actually be in jail. I can not even imagine what is going through the minds of those that support her. Do they not care about justice? Do they just not believe their lying eyes? Is it just too important to elect a woman that any woman will do, even Hillary? Do they believe that it is her turn and she has earned it? What? She and her husband have been slopping out of the public trough for 30ish years and have made themselves multi-millionaires. They have also managed to soil the office of the Presidency, bring shame upon the country, sell out her interests, and reveal her secrets out of both stupidity and for profit. What sort of insanity has gripped this country that she could even run? Unbelievable, just unbelievable.

A foreshadow of a Clinton Presidency?

Authorities are investigating whether a Democratic Party campaign bus illegally dumped raw sewage in Gwinnett County Tuesday morning.

According to the police report, authorities were called to the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Grayson Highway after reports that an RV was dumping its sewage into a storm drain.

A store employee told police that he watched an RV affiliated with the Democratic National Committee stop in the turn lane of Grayson Highway in front of the store.

The employee says he watched someone get out of the RV and open the sewage drain. Raw sewage then spilled onto the roadway and into the storm drain.

The Clinton bus takes a dump on Georgia just like a President Hillary will take a dump on America.

Seems like SOP for Democrat politicians and the Clinton group especially; "Do as we say, not as we do." Environmental laws like security laws, ethics laws, local laws, and federal laws are for the little people. Not her highness...

Effective Ad...

Hot Lesbians ad 2 copy

This ad is effective because:
  1. It is true on all points
    1. Most western men do consider good looking women kissing HOT.
    2. In Saudi Arabia gays and lesbians are imprisoned or killed.
    3. Canada oil sand is readily available, locally.
  2. It gets attention
  3. Contains humor.
It is a shame they pulled it due to pressure from SJWs. Apparently an ad like this is more offensive to SJWs than the content of the ad, the fact that gays and lesbians are murdered in Saudi Arabia by the government. Talk about a lack of perspective...

Two in the heart and one in the head...

the rule of law is officially pronounced dead...

The Supreme Court fatally wounded the "rule of law" in 2012 by claiming a mandate was really a tax, even after the Government swore that it was not.

In a Surprise Ruling, Chief Justice Sides With Liberals to Uphold Insurance Mandate

While on life support, President Three-putt (Obama) continued to abuse the body of the law, while it was in intensive care by routinely exceeding his official powers (cause he has a phone and a pen). He was a teacher of Constitutional law after all, so clearly he knows what the President can and can not do (not that he cared at all - immigration non-enforcement, fast n furious, IRS attacking Tea Party groups, green energy pay-offs, interfering in local criminal matters, etc.) while Congress stood by and watched the abuse.

This week, the "Rule of Law" has now succumb due to a fatal head-shot delivered by the FBI in their finding that though "Crooked" Hillary did "a lot of bad things", it would not recommend indicting her.

After describing clear evidence of extensive mishandling of classified national security information, FBI Director James Comey announced that the FBI will not recommend indicting former secretary of state Hillary Clinton.

Comey acknowledged Clinton sent and received Top Secret emails that “any reasonable person” understands not to discuss on an unclassified system.

Comey also acknowledged her email system was housed on unclassified personal servers that lacked full time security systems. Indeed, nations and groups hostile to the U.S. could have hacked the system. Comey acknowledged “hostile actors” hacked individuals corresponding with Clinton on her unauthorized system. She also used her unsecured personal system outside of the U.S.—in places where sophisticated adversaries could hack her communications.

So, the Government has spent the last 8 years showing all of us that the rule of law means nothing, if you are in power. That those of the "favored" class are exempt from those antiquated words written on a 200 year old piece of paper. OK. Fine. You want to roll that way? Understood.

I wonder what the Government will do when those it governs no longer pay any attention to it or to its rules and laws? When the Government shows time and again that words don't mean what they mean, that "at this point, what difference does it make?". Ye shall reap as ye shall sow.

Update:

Remember, he said all that she did wrong and that there was to be no case BUT someone ELSE doing the same thing should not expect the same treatment...

More of the tolerant left [we keep hearing about], this time going after a Trump supporter

Here is some raw footage of a Trump supporter trying to get to a Trump rally.

This is the left's idea of a peaceful protest against those that have differing opinion. This is how they allow democracy to play out in society. This is what we can expect more and more of as they are rewarded for this type of behavior by not being punished for it. Notice how the police do not help the man until after he makes it all the way through the crowd. After having been pushed, hit, tripped, etc. Instead of pushing back the crowd and helping him, they make him climb over a hedge.

More of the tolerant left we keep hearing so much about.

Do they ever show any of this on the nightly news? I am not a "Trump" man but these sorts of actions could turn me into one...

UPDATE: More can be read/seen here.

You are more likely to be raped in college than in prison, says government...

White House states that 8.5 percent of female inmates and 3.7 percent of male inmates experience sexual assault while in prison.

The White House also states that women have a 1 in 4 chance of being raped in college (rape culture and all).

This would mean that men are twice as likely and women nearly three times as likely to be raped on a college campus as they are in prison.

Based on this information:

a) Why would any parent send their children to college? Would this not be considered child abuse in any rational society?

b) Why are colleges still permitted to NOT involve police in every single allegation of rape? If this many rapes are taking place on our colleges, this is a massive crisis that should be addressed NOW by police.

The reality is no one actually believes these college rape stats. Everyone knows they are extremely overblown but they make it sound like there is a problem all the while the folks involved do their nod/nod/wink/wink while they profess what a "crisis" this is. Hire more administrators, setup more kangaroo courts, step on more individual rights, and hold more "education" events. All the while spending less time, money, and energy actually educating students in topics and subjects that they will need after they get out of school.

Hillary, No one is against equal pay for equal work.

Especially not Republicans and as others have already pointed out numinous times (not that it stops Hillary! from making the claim nor many in the media from giving her a pass) equal pay is ALREADY the law.

Actually, that is not quite correct. There are some that are against equal pay for equal work. Here is a partial list:

I could go on but I think you are getting the point. Don't overlook the political party that all of these esteemed representatives of the people are affiliated with. Also noted in the various linked articles, the Republicans generally pay their female staffers AT LEAST as much as the male staffers if not more. The Republicans also have more women staff in more important roles within their organizations than the Democrats.

There does appear to be a "war on women" going on. It is just not by the suspects you are being told to look at...

IRS and Lerner

In a letter to members of Congress, the Justice Department said that while investigators had found "mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia," there was no evidence of a crime.

"We found no evidence that any IRS official acted based on political, discriminatory, corrupt or other inappropriate motives that would support a criminal prosecution," the letter stated.

Apparently, in the Obama America, you have to attack [or imply an attack] against liberal groups or minority groups. Does anyone think for one second that if 99% of the groups singled out for extra scrutiny were liberal groups or were minority groups, heads would not roll?

The lawless left just keeps pushing that line. Keep showing America that law no longer matters. That right versus wrong no longer matters. That everything is gray, no more clear bright line you do not cross - as long as you get the ends you want. Well, the left better hope that those on the right don't learn this lesson the left is so intent on teaching. The left is far less prepared to operate in a lawless world than those on the right. The left likes to yell and scream about the police state, not realizing that is all that is keeping the wolves at bay. When the common citizen decides that civility is gone, that law is gone, that justice is gone, that is when the lights go out and there are many, many on the right that have been planning for just such a thing and as a result are far better prepared than the OWS generation and their water carriers on the left...

Yet more "But there is no such thing as voter fraud!"

The North Carolina State Board of Elections has found thousands of instances of voter fraud in the state:

  • 765 voters with an exact match of first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in N.C. and the other state in the 2012 general election.

  • 35,750 voters with the same first and last name and DOB were registered in N.C. and another state and voted in both states in the 2012 general election.

  • 155,692 voters with the same first and last name, DOB and last four digits of SSN were registered in N.C. and another state – and the latest date of registration or voter activity did not take place within N.C.
So we have proof of rampant fraud with people voting in two states, in the same election. We have examples of dead people voting. This is but one state and an initial assessment, not a detailed investigation.

But don't you worry one little bit cause voter fraud is a myth!

Simplified version of Hillary email apology

"Sorry you are too stupid to understand that what I did was not wrong."

This is basically what she said. She did not admit that what she did was wrong [and it was SO wrong], she apologized that it was so "confusing" for us mere rubes to understand.

She mishandled classified information. She mixed personal correspondence and government correspondence on an unsecure, privately controlled server. Someone within her circle removed classified designations from emails that were on her server. Someone within her circle moved emails from the Government's classified network to her server. She had correspondence between herself and the dignitaries of other governments which would generally make these exchanges classified.

Her excuses? Didn't know, didn't realize, didn't understand, couldn't work more than one device so this had to be done to help her do her job, etc. If she is this intimidated by common technology and this uninformed of basic security policies, what in the world makes anyone think she is competent to be president?

So the reality is, she hopes we are [or at least enough of us are] too stupid or to partisan to care that what she did was incredibly stupid, exposed the Government to enormous data risks, and violated her oath, the rules of her job, and the directives from her President.

And of course, the MSM has not bothered to push back on that non-apology but why should they? They are nothing more than Democrat operatives with bylines...

Awful places to work...

I found this story via Instapundit and all I can say is it constantly astounds me how the NYT can stay in business if this is the quality of their "journalism".

I have since seen some "snippets" on the TV news as well. All of these stories seem to be going on and on about how AWFUL it is to work at Amazon.

What NONE of these stories seems to be discussing is that in America, you are actually free to leave a job if you don't like it. Yes! You can leave! Really! You are NOT physically chained to your desk! If the conditions at the place you currently work are so horrible and awful and degrading, you can actually quit!

The people that CHOOSE to work at Amazon do so for a combination of reasons, such as:

  1. The pay may be REALLY, REALLY good compared to what they could get somewhere else.
  2. The prestige associated with being able to say that yes, you work for Amazon.
  3. The job may be closer to their home than other options.
  4. The benefits may be better than what they could get elsewhere.
  5. The experience they are gaining may be more valuable in the future and better for their career.
  6. Lots more stuff that no one knows except for each individual person working there.
The point is, these people have CHOSEN to work there, They are not KEPT there. You know, free will and all that.

The other thing conspicuously missing from any of this coverage is (and let us say for arguments sake that they are "trapped" in these awful jobs) why? Why are they "stuck" there if it is so bad? Could it be that the economy [for the last 6 years] has been in the crapper? That more people have just dropped out of the work force due to an inability to locate a job than people have found jobs? That is the super big, super secret mystery! Why oh why are people taking jobs and keeping jobs they don't like? Maybe it could possibly be because the Obama economy has done just about anything and everything it can to crush job creation and drive up the cost of each job to the point that far fewer are being made available than could be?

Nah, that can't possibly be it cause if it was, the crack "journalists" in the MSM would be all over it just like they could not get enough of how awful the economy was, awful gas prices were, awful savings interest was, how stagnant wages were, when a Republican was in the White House (even when it wasn't so)...

Anti-smoking brigade

The anti-smoking brigade is likely the worst of the "don't do that" groups. An activity that [for now] is still legal in America, is an activity that they not only oppose but actively attack as though it was on par with murder (and to some of them second-hand smoke is murder). They are [mostly] vehemently opposed to smoking and to any/all that partake. They are not happy simply letting everyone know that smoking is bad. Smokers must be turned into social pariah. These people are not really looking to help smokers quit quite as much as they are looking to make themselves feel superior to those that do smoke.

How do I know this? I know this because if the anti-smoking crowd was really trying to reduce the rates of smoking AND help smokers, they would endorse a tool that is widely available, inexpensive, and far, far safer than smoking cigarettes. They do not do this though. Instead the lump this "aid" into the same bucket as cigarettes.

What is this vilified solution you ask, it is e-cigarettes.

Electronic cigarettes are by far a more healthy option than actually smoking tobacco cigarettes but instead of handing out free "quit smoking" kits that include e-cigarettes, the anti-smoking groups are actually lobbying to have e-cigarettes classified in the same category as tobacco cigarettes, to include bans on indoor vaping, etc.

If they fully endorsed e-cigarettes instead of trying to treat them just like tobacco cigarettes and allowed their use indoors, this in and of its self would be a big motivator for a lot of smokers to at least partially switch over to e-cigarettes as having to go outside [regardless of the weather] is a big inconvenience for tobacco smokers. Being able to "vape up" in-side would motivate quite a number of smokers to give vaping a try.

One of their arguments for treating them the same is that e-cigarettes can serve as a "gateway" to tobacco cigarettes. If any of them had actually tried an e-cigarette and then tried to smoke a "real" tobacco cigarette, they would immediately understand how foolish that argument is. I find it extremely hard to believe that most people that currently do not smoke tobacco cigarettes but do vape, would move from vaping to tobacco. There is a night and day difference. The smell is the thing. It gets everywhere and affects everything. A cigarette smoker can move to vaping (and I know a number of people that have) and after a week or so, they all comment on how much nicer their cloths smell, how much more and better they can actually smell, and how much easier they sleep, etc. The succession of inhaling burning leaves and changing to inhaling a most vapor is astounding to see. Once a smoker has moved from tobacco to an e-cigarette they are then free to modify the amount of nicotine that they ingest. I know of smokers that after switching to e-cigarettes have migrated to zero nicotine fluid. For them it is the process, the habit, the social aspects of smoking. The fact that they were able to exchange a stinking stick of burning leaves for the clean, odor free e-cig experience of vaping is (for them) a god sent miracle.

What does the anti-smoking crowd do with this "solution" to the tobacco problem? Why they move to get it treated JUST LIKE TOBACCO! Why? Because it LOOKS too much like smoking tobacco!

Dear Lord, please do all in your power to save us all from those that want to help us "for our own good" as they will be the death of us, in your name we pray!

Awareness campaigns

Which of these things is more useful? Getting a group together and going around an area picking up litter or getting a group together and holding a litter awareness campaign? The first actually helps clean up a neighborhood and the second tries to put the word out that littering is bad. Who doesn't already know that littering is bad? Either you already care or you don't. If you care, nothing changes. If you don't, nothing changes. So why bother if nothing changes? Sorry that is not quite true. Those holding the awareness event get to raise their smug level by some degree. They get to "feel" like they did something without actually having to do something. Instead of getting up early, going out and picking up a bunch of trash, they get to hold an Event! Who would not rather have an Event!? Events! are fun. Picking up trash sucks. But one of these activities actually produces results and does some good.

This same holds true for all of these other "hot topic" awareness events: cancer awareness, rape awareness, racism & hate awareness, etc. Who does not already know that these things are bad? That these things should be worked against, to be stopped/ended? What actual results are these folks trying to accomplish by raising awareness of the obvious? And the answer is... To make themselves feel better that they "did something". What does it matter that the "something" has the same affect as farting in a hurricane? At least they feel better. They get to walk around like they actually accomplished something important! Awareness campaigns allow the participants to "feel" like they are being productive without having to actually do the harder work needed to actually produce results.

Awareness campaigns are the adult equivalent of participation ribbons for kids. They allow "credit" for showing up, results are irrelevant.

There is actually one awareness campaign that would be usefully. An awareness campaign spreading the word on the uselessness of awareness campaigns! If it saves even one group of collage students or coastal liberals from waiting their time raising awareness of issues that everyone already agrees on, it will have been worth it AND it will have had more results than all of these other awareness campaigns combined!

Clinton, SOS email gaps...

Representative Trey Gowdy (R., S.C.), chairman of the House committee investigating the 2012 Benghazi attack, said that there are “gaps of months and months and months” in the e-mails that former secretary of state Hillary Clinton has handed over to the committee so far.

Turned over so far...

Just incredible. Hillary used a private email server for the ENTIRE 4 years of her SOS career and it took her team two years after she left the job to hand over emails and UNEXPECTEDLY there are gaps! Remember this is the same Hillary that gave a speech about the Bush administration "shredding the constitution" in part due to the rumor that there were secret email accounts.

The Current Higher Ed "War on Women" or "How to protect your daughters"

If you follow the news at all lately, you must have heard about the epidemic of "campus sexual assaults" and that various groups [to include the White House] have been throwing around the figure / phrase that "one in 5 women will be sexually assaulted while in collage".

This number is based on some very shoddy statistical analysis of some very shoddy polling data that includes questions like "have you ever had a physical encounter that you later regretted". Answering yes to that question counts as a "sexual assault".

No one actually believes this figure because if people did believe it, it would be a crime to send your daughter to collage. If it became known that sending your daughter to dance class meant that over a 4 year period, she had a 20% change of being sexually assaulted, Does anyone doubt that DCF would be at the door of every parent that sent their daughter to dance class investigating them for neglect and for placing a child in a dangerous situation? No but that does not happen when you send your child to collage because NO ONE takes this figure seriously but it is a great talking point for ideological reasons.

This nonsense is wrong for at least three reasons.

First when you redefine something to be so broad that nearly anything qualifies, you have cheapened it for when it really matters. If anything is sexual assault and you have to take every incident seriously, many victims of actual sexual assault (i.e. rape) do not get the attention they deserve because you can't devote as much attention to each case. They get lost in the deluge.

The second major issue is that it allows groups to enact ever more ridiculous and restricting rules so that they can say that they take the problem seriously and "are doing something". For the most part, the rules don't actually address the core problem but since you have expanded the definition to include many more trivial incidents, you get to make your rules to address those, which is far easier.

Thirdly, when you do fail to solve the underlying problem and prevent sexual assaults, you get to claim that the problem is just too big to solve. You get "How can we be expected to solve a problem that affects 1 in 5? We reduced it by 15%! It is a start but we can and will need to do more!" Which will result in ever more ridiculous rules that will actually solve nothing.

I think that the way to put a stop to this nonsense is to go "full Alinsky" on collages and make them act like this problem is as prevalent and they claim.

I propose that the following actions be taken:
  • If you enrolled your daughter in collage and you were not informed that she has a 1 in 5 chance of being sexually assaulted, sue them for failure to disclose a dangerous situation before accepting your money.
  • If you have been sexually assaulted (male or female), sue them for failure to protect you from a dangerous situation that they were aware of.
  • If you have been sexually assaulted, are of age and you have a CCW (concealed carry), and are not permitted to carry on campus, sue them for failure to protect you from a dangerous situation that they were aware of AND denying you the right to protect yourself.
  • If you have not been sexually assaulted (male or female), sue them for emotional distress due to the fear you feel whenever you are on campus.
  • Sue them to force them to create:
    • Women only dorms (not floors but entire dorms) that forbid men entry.
    • Men only dorms (not floors but entire dorms) that forbid female entry.
    • Lesbian only dorms (not floors but entire dorms) that forbid non-lesbians entry.
    • Homosexual only dorms (not floors but entire dorms) that forbid non-homosexual entry.
    • Transgender only dorms (not floors but entire dorms) that forbid entry to non-transgenders.
This is because everyone has the right to feel safe and secure in their quarters and this would be the only way to ensure that.
  • Require that all faculty and staff are barred from having any non-professional contact with students. Inappropriate contact (non-professional) is grounds for immediate dismissal. Same burden of proof as that used in student to student abdication.
  • Require the installation and monitoring of all common areas by 24 / 7 surveillance cameras, campus wide with a 4 year retention policy.
  • Require a level of security staffing commensurate with the problem. A 4 to 5 times increase in security staffing should do for a start.
  • Require that any and all underage drinking result in immediate expulsion for all parties involved (as alcohol is a major contributing factor to sexual assault on campus). If they don't have these rules in place and/or don't uniformly apply them, sue them.
  • Why not also sue to require all faculty and staff be required to wear body cameras whenever they are on campus?
  • Sue them, sue them and finally, sue them. Hit them in the endowment. Imagine the impact on the economy if a large number of collage age women were to come into a few million each. That would be a stimulus!
It appears that something like this, to actually hit them hard in the wallet (hard enough to make them squeal) is the only way to stop this insanity. If this is done to a few of the larger collages (with their big, sweet endowments) others will take notice. Others will start to denounce those figures and their silly kangaroo courts and ridiculous rules OR they will go out of business.

This "joke" ad is actually more on target then they think. If I were an online collage, I would seriously think about making a serious and more subtle version of this ad.

There have to be a few lawyers out there that can see what a solid business opportunity this is! Collages, by their own admission, see a problem, have not informed their clients of this problem, have failed to take reasonable and appropriate measures to address this problem AND have boat loads of cash!

Go get them!
